About Wwwcaptel Walk-In Tubs and How Referrals Work

Who we are

Wwwcaptel Walk-In Tubs is a referral service for homeowners who want a safer bath. We do not install tubs or showers. We do not do the work ourselves. Independent local providers do the work, and we help you reach them.

Why this site exists

Bathroom projects can feel hard to price. One quote looks low. Another looks high. It is tough to know why. We built this service to make that first step clearer. Price follows the bathroom, and we say so plainly.

How matching works

You send a request with a few details about your home and what you want. That might be a walk-in tub, a tub-to-shower conversion or a walk-in shower. We then pass your request to a provider in our network that serves your area. The provider contacts you to talk about the job.

What to have ready

A few simple details help a provider give a more useful estimate:

• The rough size of your bathroom
• Whether you have a tub, a shower or both today
• Who will use the new bath, and any mobility needs
• A few photos of the space, if you can take them

Do not worry if you are missing some of this. The provider can ask for more later.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Give clear, written quotes
• Explain what drives the price
• Answer questions in plain language
• Respect your decision, whatever it is

You should always check a provider's own licensing and insurance. Ask to see them before work begins.

Where you can help, and where you cannot

Some small tasks are fine for a homeowner. You can clear the space, measure the room, take photos and write down your needs. Plumbing, waterproofing, floor and wall changes, and electrical work for jetted or heated tubs need professional tools and skills. A mistake there can cause leaks or mold behind the walls.

What we do not do

• We do not do any installation or repair work
• We do not set your final price
• We do not pressure you to buy
• We do not promise what a provider will charge

How we are paid

Wwwcaptel Walk-In Tubs may receive a referral fee from a provider when a request leads to a job. You do not pay us to use this site. The provider sets your price, and you see it in writing before you agree.
