Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Wwwcaptel Walk-In Tubs wants wwwcaptel.quest to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a logical reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and desktops
- Plain, simple wording
- Clearly labeled form fields and short forms
Where We Still Fall Short
A few parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@wwwcaptel.quest and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@wwwcaptel.quest and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
